Through a common passion for helping people and a similar life altering experience, we created Rediscover You Coaching.
Neither one of us embarked on our life coach training knowing where it would lead. As we grew as coaches, we grew as individuals. We learned that life circumstances (ie obligations and responsibilities to work, family, friends, etc.) had pulled us away from ourselves.
Through coaching, we rediscovered our sense of self and gained clarity around the things that actually mattered to us. We also released energy around the things that were dragging us down. With new awareness our energy was transformed and we approached our day to day lives with a renewed spirit.
What happened next was truly amazing!
We observed that showing up in the world with this new energy brought about many new, wonderful, unexpected opportunities.
